This course is intended to introduce you to the basics of inclusion and the rights and supports for children and teachers in early childhood education, and to help you understand the topics covered in the Project CONNECT Course series and the 5-step learning process by:
- Defining inclusion and describing four recent research findings related to inclusion;
- Understanding the legislation related to inclusion;
- Identifying 3 actions teachers can take; and
- Describing the 5-step learning process used in the Project CONNECT courses.
