Once an assessment has been conducted, it will be important for Tenisha to review the assessment information. She should note areas of the read aloud that she did well on as well as areas that need improvement. She could invite her principal or another teacher to watch her do a read aloud and make a couple of suggestions to recommend steps she could take to build upon her skills.
